These Terms of Use govern your use of the Reading App Blocker: PageWard iOS/iPadOS application and pageward.tengrx.com (together, the “Service”) provided by TengrX.
At a glance
- PageWard is a personal productivity and reading habit tool built on Apple’s Screen Time framework.
- You can adjust or disable Screen Time locks at any time; never lock apps required for emergencies.
- Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple Account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
- Apple’s Standard EULA applies alongside these terms.
1. The Service
PageWard helps you build a reading habit by linking Apple Screen Time app blocking with book progress verification, library tracking, widgets, and leaderboards.
PageWard is a self-discipline and productivity companion, not a medical treatment or emergency control system. Do not block access to essential communication or safety functions.
2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
PageWard is free to download and offers optional In-App Purchases and subscriptions. Prices and billing periods are shown on the purchase screen before confirmation.
Payments are charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
3. Acceptable Use & Leaderboards
You agree not to upload inappropriate imagery, manipulate leaderboard hours through automated scripts, or reverse-engineer the Service.
4. Apple Standard EULA & Liability
Your app licence is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Contact us at hello@tengrx.com for support.
